Let me introduce myself... My name is Kwan Low, I work for Shoretel. I'm with the QA/Testing. Main area of testing: SIP trunking, OfficeAnywhere and other misc features.
So far it's been an eye opening experiences for me to learned about how Shoretel is being used out there in the fields. It greatly enhance and broaden my testing horizon.
