I would like to be the first to formally ask for admission to the Engineer form. I am a technician with 10+ phone experience and just recently went to (and passed) the shoretel class in Sunnyvale. I work for a Shoretel dealer. Further credetials available upon request.

Charles Thank you for setting this up. This is just what we needed.
If there is anything I can do to help you with this I am more then happy to assist. I was also hoping to be added to the Engineer form. As far as credentials, I have been working in networking and telephony for 20+ years. I have been working with the ShoreTel platform for almost 2 years and love it. I took the certification course in June of this year and passed both tests.
