  • Softphone disconnect

    We are running version 7.5/1328 and just started having issues with our softphones losing connections. We are able to connect and make calls with our softphones but after 3 or 4 minutes we drop the call. We can turn around and make another call, but again after a few minutes it drops again.

    Any idea what might cause this and what logs would I look at to see the disconnect and maybe some info on the disconnect?

    What type of headset are you using?

      Firewall as suspected, customer said they tried with FW disabled but didn't. Disabled FW and calls stayed up, added to FW exceptions.
