  • Caller ID not displaying

    I have an issue with caller id for some calls not displaying on the phones, but it shows up in Call manager. anyone have any suggestion to fix this. they are on version 9.2 build 14.41.1108, and the also have an issue with forwarded voicemail not playing. it says the message is there but nothing plays when you click on it.

    I believe the VM issue is a known issue with 9.2. Internal or trunk calls??? Is this a T1 (PRI/CAS)?? If internal call does the name show but no number?? That would be in the indiv user check box make # private. If its an outside call and some numbers are showing CID then the Telco probably not getting any info to pass on for that particular number.

      they are external calls on DYNAMIC IP circuit. the issue is that the caller id shows in PCM but not on the phone display
