  • DTMF not being recognized

    I have an issue with DTMF tones not being recognized by an automated system. Fed Ex in this case. There doesn't seem to be an issue with any other automated systems. The calls are to a local number and thus going out over local POTS lines. Tried all 6 trunks and all the same. As a work around I had the customer use the 800 number which routes the call to a different site and then over a PRI, where there is no issue with DTMF...works just fine. I am thinking I need to adjust something in the support login but not sure what string to add. Appreciate any ideas, suggestions. thnx

    maybe adjusting the analog line volume?

    Assuming that (555) 555-5555 is the local number and you want to force it across the pri
