  • Error Code (67109120)

    On a recent install when using the Trunk Test Tool all outbound calls are showing Error Code (67109120). Does anyone know what this means? I have tried searching online and on ShoreTel's site and have yet to find anything. It is only on outbound calls on a PRI, the calls go through without a problem so the end user doesn't even notice. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    I was speaking to an engineer on Tuesday and he told me that it happens because something was not updated in the trunk test tool. But nothing to worry about.

      I just spoke with TAC about this issue. This is a known issue and will be fixed in an upcoming build of 9.2 that is not out of QA yet.

          I would be nice if they posted this info on the ShoreTel website as that is the first place most of us look. Thanks for posting this info it saved me a call to TAC

              We had this problem, and just upgraded to the lasted release, issue appears resolved.
