  • Add a 1 to every call

Hi, we have a carrier requirement that means we need to dial a one for every call, even 10 digit local calls. All will be 11 digit.

How do I set up the Shoretel to add a 1 when someone dials a local call with 10 digits?

    Cheers.

See the "prepend dial out prefix" field on the trunk group. Also check the box "remove leading 1 from 1+10D" or you may get two 1s.
