i have a customer who swears (i have never heard it) - that
occasionally the music on hold plays over the overhead paging.
it somehow always fixes itself before i can get to the site to
troubleshoot it.
i am wondering if they are transferring calls to somewhere crazy
or something?
not sure how it is possible but they claim it is happening.
i am open to any ideas or suggestions - thanks for your time
oh - it is playing over the overhead page - they have a sg90 and
i am doing external page via the ext page port and a bogen 100w amp.
