i have alot of literature on shoretel but these two questions elude me
i am hoping someone knows them off the top of their head
how many page groups can you have on a system ( i know the max
is 100 ph per page group) but how many groups?
how many pick-up groups can you have per system?
do these numbers change with the number of sg boxes and/or sites or not

oh - what brought this on was in one of my page groups it will let me put as many ext in it as i choose (up to 100), and although all are allowed pg status, not all will recieve internal pages and they arent in dnd
