UPDATE: Thanks for the help. I've just got 1 problem. The switch is up and running (console'd in, running with an IP of and correct subnet, gateway, server IP). I rebooted the switch. When I go to the director, I cannot for the life of me find the switch. When i enter the Ip and hit find, it says there are no switches connected.

    Any advice?

    Thank you again,

The default username and password for the switches is anonymous/ShoreTel

Console into the switch, if not you might have to do a burn flash.

Try hard coding in the MAC in Shoretel Director then save. This usually works for me.

Don't hit find, just click save, and look in quicklook..
Or reboot the switch, and try finding it then.
