    Press Mute, 772667, #, (Password) 1234 then #. The phone will reset and end up showing "Factory Test KPD Mode" on the display. At this point, unplug the network connection and plug it back in. The phone should get the current settings from the network.

      Hi,I am sorry ,my phone haved display "Factory Test KPD Mode",I unplug the network connection and plug it back in,,,,restart the ip Phone, the ip phone display Download CFG fille failed Shore_6.txt! the MGC IP address can't change....
