Shoretel and Digital Loggers

Have a current customer looking to upgrade to shoretel, currently running an old meridan system. They are a city entity so they have a PD with dispatch/911. Currently they have a DEES MRI digital analog converter that converts to analog and have phone side recording using an Eventide VR240 digital logger. Eventide says they no longer support that model. So an upgrade is inevitable. Has anyone had any experience with using digital loggers and shoretel? I know the TPP don't have any certified, but is there any out there that work?
