Setting up Trunk on SG50

Still looking for assistance in adding trunk on a SG50.
My network consist of and SG40 and SG50, the SG40 have 4 trunk assign to it and am trying to setup a 5th on the SG50 but that never seems to work. No calls are routing through this trunk. the phone just rings out and never gets to the Auto attendant.

Any suuuges as what need to be done here

Pinouts on a SG50 are different than a SG40. For the SG50, are you using the Blue/White pair off of the 25 pair?

What kind of trunk is this? If you posted this information already somewhere else please post the link.
