EtherSpeak certified native (meaning non-ingate config) SIP trunks on ShoreTel 9.1. However, if you (or your customer) are on Etherspeak SureTrunk for ShoreTel and you upgrade from ShoreTel 7.5, 8.0, 8.1, or 9.0 to ShoreTel 9.1 - a configuration change is required on the Etherspeak side of the trunks. The change takes about 10 minutes - but must be scheduled with support engineering in advance.
