Phantom vm message

Any one seen this before
You have received a voice mail message from Pass P, +1734xxxxx
for mailbox 103.
Message length is 00:00:14. Message size is 110 KB.
A user is receiving these whenever she gets a voicemail.
She gets a message about the actual voicemail that someone left and then she will also get a message that states message from Pass P and the phone number here at the office (main #). There is no message that is actually there though.
Any idea where this is coming from?
