SIP trunks

Trying to configure Shoretel switch 40/8, for connecting to the operator using SIP trunks. I cant find out where to set the IPaddress/servername for operators SIP server and the SIP Registrar server. There should also be somewhere to write Username and Password. Did I miss something basic ?
