  • AD integration issue

    Hello all

    Has anyone ran into this issue with the AD integration peice on 9.1 latest GA build. i have attached a word doc with a screen cap of the error.

    Is your Shoretel server on the domain? Looks like a permissions issue.

      yes it is on the domain and the HQ delegation is setup. i can log into director via SSO. the error only occurs when i try to show from AD or sync from AD
