    Good day all.

Is there a way to taken an incoming DID and route it offsite thru the ShoreTel? I'm running a 220T1A on 9.1.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

    Regards,
    Mike

    Sure,

the best way I think to do it I think is to, assign the DID to a route point. Then set up call forward always rules to be an off site number.
