Just an FYI regarding installing the Shoreware Personal Call Manager.
On all our foreign language machines we were having our automated push from Altiris, error out. When installing manually, we were getting this error.
"Error 1609. An error occurred while applying security settings. NETWORK SERVICE is not a valid user or group. This could be a problem with the package or a problem connecting to a domain controller on the network. Check your network connection"
It seems the software install requires a hidden user called 'NETWORK SERVICE' to be on all our computers. This is fine on ENU machines but, on the foreign language machines, we had to create this user. I've done this now as part of our install. (created a NET USER script that runs first and that, if the user is already there, causing the script to error, carries on to the install anyway)
Just a heads up in case you need to install on a machine other than English.
