  • Account codes

    We have enabled account codes through our LD provider (not through the Shoretel Switch). The problem is there are a few cases where the server has to dial LD (follow me/find me) and it will not work because the LD provider is waiting for the account code. Is there anyway to have the system send a code on server originated calls only?
