Hi all, I am new to the forum.
Is any one has display issue with shoretel 560 phones, I opened a new box connected just like other 3 they are fine. This one phone is showing black strip instead of charactors with the white backgroud. Phone works fine but we cont read anything other than just black strip which is equal to word length. But while booting the phone I see the letters then it turns into black strip. I unplugged and plugged in back sevaral times no use. Any idea what is wrong with it, your feed back is appreciated.
