Anyone running phones through a Cisco ASA VPN? I was curious if you could post your QOS configs.

We have several Cisco ASA's with Shoretel connected. I'll have to get with our Cisco guy if you want actual config's, but we currently a data and voice vlan.

Our only issue is we have to have a PC keep the tunnel open with a constant ping, other wise the phones will go to no service. My network guy is still trying to troubleshoot this, he thinks it may be a outdated firmware issue.

I would be interested in the ASA qoS configs, also. If you wouldn't mind sharing.
