  • AD integration

Anyone fully use the ShoreTel AD integration? Does it work as expected and well worth upgrading to 9.1 to get this feature?

Yes, it works (it was a 9.0 feature). You can import users in from AD and utilize SSO for Director and PCM.

I think the single sign on is the biggest benefit here. Finally it's nice and easy to role PCM out to new users. I do wish we could bypass the server name dialog. Even when the registry key is prepopulated there is still a dialog to confirm the server name.

I haven't used the bulk import yet but I will be using it a couple of times in the next week or so.
