  • sip trunks to cisco gateway

    I have 20 sip trunks going to a cisco gateway, they were working fine for about a week and now all of a sudden many calls are getting stuck at the "offering" stage and not disconnecting. I have had to manually reset the trunk ports but it keeps happening.. Coincidentally today my shoregear 220T1 at the main site seemed to have stopped speaking sip on port 5060. I have more Cisco Sips than actual shoretel phones and all of them were getting dead air when dialing out or in. Rebooting the 220T1 solved the problem however the vendore and myself are mystified as to what happened.. It was around this same time the sip trunk problem showed up but the reboot did not resolve. Any advice would be greatly appreciated..
