  • Call Handling mode question

    Has anyone experienced a problem when someone puts themselves into out of office mode but after a few days it takes itself out of out of office and goes into standard mode?

    This could possibly be the Personal call manager integration with outlook. It will change you're chm to standard then back to out of office according to what ever you set the schedule in outlook.
