  • Workgroup login / out via phone ST8.1

    Hi there,

    Is it right that you cannot login to a workgroup via the telephone handset unless you have operator / agent / supervisor call manager enabled within your user account?

      Will the workgroup still work correctly if you manually log the agent in via the director?

        Yes. But you will have to use either the Director or a Supervisor/Operator call manager client to modify the status of an agent.
