  • repair on version 7

    i have a beta customer on shoretel 7. i have no disk as they downloaded the software from the Shoretel FTP site. they have some corruption in the database. since i don't have a disk is there a way i can run the repair without it? the repair file must be somewhere but i don't know where it is.?????

    You don't have a copy of the 7.0 software or a link to download it?

        If the customer is a Beta Site, then they should contact TAC to get a download location.

        What did they do to corrupt the DB? What error are they getting?
