Test Plan

Hello All

I am working on a Shoretel Project and is the 1 ST solution the company has sold. Does anyone have a general test plan document that they have used for their customers?

I am looking for the same thing? does anyone have a general test plan?

It would be greatly appreciated. I am about to base it off a nortel test plan. But a shoretel specific one would be great...or at least an example.
