  • Installing on XP Embedded

I have a HP t5730 and I'm trying to install Call Manager (8.1). The install and setup works perfectly, but call manager fails to load its main interface. I did some troubleshooting and found that STVideo.dll depends on d3d9.dll, which does not exist on the system. This is DirectX 9.

Does anyone know how I can completely disable even the loading of the video component? Alternatively, how to install DirectX on XP Embedded?

Never mind. We located a copy of DirectX here: HP Compaq t5730 Thin Client- Download drivers and software - HP Business Support Center

Call manager now works on the device.
