  • Nuvox MPLS - QoS

    We have just signed up with Nuvox to allow them to handle our QoS on their MPLS network between our two branch offices. They sent me a questionaire, but I was unsure what to answer on the following questions. Is there any advice someone might give on best setting this up?

    Codec (G.711, G.729, etc...):
    We are currently what shoretel calls ADPCM (32 Kbps), but was using G.711 (64 Kbps)
    Silence Suppression (Y/N):
    VoIP Signaling Protocol:
    Signaling Protocol Port Number(s) (TCP/UDP):
    UNSURE - 5440-5445 TCP and UDP?
    RTP Media Protocol Port Number/Range (TCP/UDP):
    5004 UDP
