8.0 -> 8.1 Merging

Note that Shoretel will be merging the 8.0 and 8.1 release trains. By the end of this month, 8.1 should be brought current with the 8.0 defect fixes and no further 8.0 releases should be coming out.

8.0 will never reach the general availability stage, instead 8.1 will reach GA in the December/January timeframe (except for the V switches and perhaps VPN).
