VM aging and auto delete in ShoreTel

My peeps are telling me that their voicemails are being deleted automatically by shoretel director. They want them preserved for at least two years before auto delete. Anyone know how to turn off auto delete?

Go to the users, then to class of service. You can choose the time voicemail deletes.
