I have a customer that is requesting this. They have a receptionist that uses a headset. When a call comes in she gets a call waiting tone in her ear. At that point she needs to say "I have another call, can you hold" problemn is the customer thinks that the caller doesn't believe them. Is there a way to make the second call audible to the caller (without a second phone)?
