  • Conference Bridge responding Cancel to any button being pushed

    Anyone have any quick thoughts why when I setup a conference call with an Access Code no matter what button I push after the Bridge answers it responds Cancel? It does this both from internal and external calls.

    I think I had a similar problem and it was because I had setup SIP trunks and I unchecked always use port 5004 under Call Control Options which caused the conf. bridge to stop working. I also had to reboot the conf. bridge to get it back online correctly.
