How to backup shoretel with 8.0

Can anyone tell me how to backup shoretel 8.0? It is not the same as previous versions which was very simple. Can you also give info on how to restore the backup.

In the Server release notes search for MySQL or Backup, the info is there and explains the scripts, the locations as well as gives links for some tools

Out side of that, your entire Shoreline Data Folder and child folders are the heart of the server
