I have a new install going in and was looking for a good build of Shoretel 8 to use. Does anyone have a recommendation? I noticed they just released 9403, but with defect #1-28510384 and 1-28183091 it blows my mind that they even released it. Do you think these defects are unique to this build, or could they have possible not been caught before? What build has everyone else been using for their new customers?

Personally, I would not install CR software on a New customer. I would always go with General Available, Thats just me. New systems are sent out with the latest CR build, If your going with that, its best to get the latest off the website. -
I already contacted TAC and they recommended I not use that build. The problem is with 8.0 the whole interface is different. If we go with 7.5 then we have to retrain in 3 months when 8.0 is GA.Comment
