I do not believe the Sipura was finalized as a certified partner, I could be wrong. First thing you should do is log into the ShoreTel WebSite and look under Certified Tech Partners

You may be able to piece meal the system together otherwise your only choice would be to submit a request at [email protected]

My suggestion would be to follow the Mediatrix setup and try and cross use the config note. If it is a true IAD then there should be no issues. I can assist if you need some help, My fees are pretty reasonable. PM me if you want

Also note the SP3000 has been discontinued, maybe this is why ST has not certified it and went to the mediatrix

Yes. I went and ordered Mediatrix.... see my problem was I didn't check if it will work with shoretel system...but like you said its alot easier to go with the shoretel partners listed there...otherwise you going to waste alot of time to try make things work.
