    Is there any way for the user with OCM to see if an extension is in a call handling mode such as "out of office"?What other advantages doe the OCM give you over PCM?

    An Operator can see the CHM of any extension that they monitor. Depending upon the view, there will either be an icon or detail mode list of the CHM. You can also do drag and drop transfers and delegate CHM changes to the Operator.

        The Operator PCM also takes the place of the Workgroup Agent PCM. You don't have to buy both.

          Operator Call Manager has been present from a long time as a licensing option. It continues to be available in 8.0. The PCM license types in 8.0 forward are:

          Personal
          Professional
          Operator
          Workgroup Agent
          Workgroup Supervisor

            Thisis 7.5 and do you have any more detail on how to view CHM on OCM?
