lol...no i haven't... Ok my question is, how do I use this box with shoretel system, here is the scenerio...I have a fax server and has its own dedicated T1 line we use for faxing and ofcourse this is where the adtran box comes in, and the fax server only uses 16 lines, what i want to do is connect the T1 in to the shoretel system so that I can have two T1s and use the rest of the T1 one with other options like conferencing.....now my problem is connecting these two devices so they can work together....

As long as you have a spare T1 port on the atlas, it's not a big deal really. How is it currently configured - is it using Dedicated Maps to connect the channels from the network T1 to the fax server? If so (and you have a spare T1), simply configure the T1 with the proper parameters (linecode, framing, etc) and add entrys in the dedicated maps to make the crossconnect. If not, let me know how it's configured and I can probably help. And then, of course, you'll have to config the ShoreTel server to handle the trunks accordingly....
