  • Locked out

    Locked out of director because of a license issue (soft phone); only get license requir/keys screen. I thought you could at least get to the users screen to uncheck the softphone box to get in compliance. Do I have to call ShoreTel and have them get in to the director and uncheck the softphone box. Do you think the support mode would get me in to make the change in the user's profile?

    Go into the database and edit the user that has the softphone. Change it from -1 to 0 and see if that lets you in.
