  • Toll free number in Shoretel

The toll free number was set in Shoretel SIP per Sprint. Where do I find this toll free number so I set up to do forwarding to my internal phone?

Update: Here what I get back fro Sprint:
"Sprint says that 800 line goes directly to the Houston SIP lines coming in and is not pointing to a number". Where do I find it from Shoretel Director? Please help.

Almost always a toll-free number is attached to a local DID number. You can try to see if you can inspect the Trunk test tool to see what happens when you call the number.

if it comes in as an 800 number you can try to add it as a DID.

Usually toll free numbers come attached to a local number.

I would probably start in the DNIS routing table

where does the call go to when you call the number?
