I have a few of our sales users that would like to Record their calls for playback later, is this possible and will I need any additional licenses?

How about being able to record a call for longer than 8 minutes? Everytime our Police Dept. does this, the recording stops abruptly at 8:00 and beeps.
I have them in their own Class of Service, with the options checked for:
A) Record Calls
B) Disable Beep
Any idears?

Another option is that you can specify in each user's Personal Options a mailbox (other than their own) where recorded calls should be stored (for example a Workgroup mailbox). The Voicemail Class of service for That other mailbox would then apply rather than the user's own Voicemail Class of Service.
