  • Phone Call Stack Presence

    Hi everyone,

    We have come across this issue numerous times with various customers (even our system) in that the PCM or phone is indicating that a particular extension is on 5/6 calls, but is currently in an idle state.

    We know that an upgrade or database compact/repair will correct this, but I was wondering if anyone has come across another way to resolve this issue.

    If I'm not mistaken, you can typically correct this type of problem by either rebooting the Shoregear switch that the phone is associated with, or by moving the phone from that switch to another switch.
