    replied
    If you started "fresh" with ST 7.0, then you should have MYSQL running. You run the reports from the web interface on the server. DO NOT use the old reports under the "All Programs | Shoretel" in windows. These will not work.

    If you had a previous version (i.e. 6.1 or older) then refer to ImportCDR utility in ShoreTel 7 Server Release Notes for details.

    Access to MySQL

    We have ShoreTel 7 and I have noticed that my database is still an Access Database but I cannot view any of the call log files. Do I just need to install MySQL and import the DB? What is the update process?
