Volume with Headsets

Hey All,

We purchased some plantronics headsets recently and the feedback I have been getting is not great.

Please finding it hard to hear our customers and also hard to hear through the headset even with Max Volume.

Is there any way of increasing the volume even higher?

Wireless headsets? If so, try changing channels. Some times you get lucky, and they work out of the box, but sometimes you have to play with all of the settings on the headset base. On the wireless headset systems, you can change channels, adjust mic and earpiece volume individually, both Major and Minor settings. Reccomend you pull out the instruction manual on this one.
