Extending Number of digits

Hi All,

I'm new to the forum so a big hello to everyone.

Wondering if anyone could help witht this problem.

When we setup the phone system here in Ireland we were getting delays while making external calls as the system was waiting to see if you dialled anymore digits. This was fixed by limiting the amound of digits accepted by the system. The problem we have is we now have to extend this but cannot find where this is done in shoreware director.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Not quite sure what you are asking, but if you are talking about the delay after collecting digits then look under IP phones/options. If that is the problem then you should see problems on every call, including transfers; not just on outbound calls.

It turns out it was my O2 CPN that was restricting the amount of digits it would accept.

Sorted now.
