Voice mail not recorded

Hi again,

We have a user who normally logs in from home using Softphone. He can not receive any voice mail from outside. I can send him from my extension but customers can't. He only receive dial tone instead of the message.

Any ideas why it plays up? Do I miss anything? Thanks for your time.
