Caller ID not shown

Hi everybody,

When I called the office, sometimes my number is shown, sometimes it is not. I never hide the ID.

What could be the problem?

In Australia you have to ask for inbound CLI presentation on your lines. If you have several lines in rotary it could be that sometimes you get rolled over to one of your auxiliary lines which doesn't present CLI inbound.

Thanks for your reply. I think this is not the case. We have only two lines and it always showed the ID when we use a ShoreGear40/8 with a Patton box.

Now we change to ShoreGear 50 with two phone lines connected via a harmonica plug. Some calls coming with IDs, some don't. Very random.

It also seems to take 20-30 sec to make a call, which is very long.
