  • reporting inconsistency

    Anyone know why this is, whe I run a detail report and look at the total call for a time/date period and then run a full report for all trunks and look for the same user in the same time/date period, the amount of calls do not match up. Which one do I go with?
    why do they not match?

    We are having the same issues and can not figure it out. Hopefully someone reads this thread and has some answers or can point us int he right directions.

      Have you looked to see if the trunk call was handled by multiple people, and the reports are wrong because of that?

        no i have not checked into that. We are getting calls from 3 people in different companies that have the same problem with reporting. This all started when we upgraded and now use sql for reporting.
