Down in the land of down under we have a series of numbers which are 13xxxx there are essentially a style of freecall / semi freecall numbers.
When I attempt to add in some of these number to the system directory I am unable to save the entry as the Shoretel system does not see them as a valid number. I also have the same issue with 1300xxxxxx numbers as well.
Is anyone able to advise where in the system I need to alter to make the numbers accepted into the system directory.
We are running 7.5 of the system.
